Theo A. Blankenship, Middlebury, passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2020, at Elkhart General Hospital. He was born on Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2020, in Elkhart.
Theo was the son of Mitchell and Hannah (Lewis) Blankenship, III.
Theo is survived by his parents, Mitchell and Hannah Blankenship, III of Middlebury; grandparents, Mitchell (Liz) Blankenship, II of Middlebury, Richard Lewis of Ligonier and Sarah Nance of Warsaw.
A gathering of family and friends will take place from 1-3 p.m., Monday, Dec. 21, at Yeager Funeral Home, 1598 Lincolnway South, Ligonier. Following the visitation a cremation will occur at Legacy Cremation & Remembrance Center in Ligonier.
