Ray Egolf
Ray Egolf, 75, Warsaw, passed away at 10:50 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 29, 2019, at Miller’s Merry Manor. He was born on April 3, 1944, to Frank and Ruth (Green) Egolf in Elkhart.
He worked for R. R. Donnelley for numerous years. During his lifetime he enjoyed reading and spending time with his family and friends. He attended Warsaw Community Church.
Mr. Egolf is survived by daughter, Regina (Ben) Hooley of North Webster; son, Brent Egolf of Elkhart; brother, Larry (Carolyn) Egolf of Fort Wayne; four grandchildren; niece, Linda Fortney of Fort Wayne; and his mother, Ruth Egolf of North Manchester. He was preceded in death by his father Frank Egolf.
The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, Oct. 3, at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. Pastor Jeff Pfeifer will be officiating. Friends may visit with the family from 10-11 a.m. prior to the service at the Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.

Mary Lou Baxter
Mary Lou Baxter, 88 and a longtime Warsaw resident, passed away quietly at 2:45 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 28, 2019, in Miller’s Merry Manor, Warsaw.
Born on April 22, 1931, she was the only daughter of Carl J. and Ruth (Gates) Schrader. She was born in Columbia City and was united in marriage to the late Samuel W. Baxter on June 23, 1948, in Larwill. The two were married for 63 years before Samuel’s 2011 passing. To their union, four children, seven grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren were born.
She enjoyed traveling and gardening. She was a longtime member of Warsaw’s First Christian Church and dearly loved all of God’s creatures; she enjoyed birdwatching and especially loved her pets. She also enjoyed reading and returned to school later in life, graduating from Warsaw Community High School with her daughter’s class in 1972.
Those who survive with memories to cherish include three of her children: Penny Daisy of Mansfield, Ohio; David Baxter (wife, Roberta) of Newburgh; and Deloris (husband, Joe) Clark of Mansfield; seven grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. Those who preceded her in death include her parents; husband, Samuel Baxter; daughter and son-in-law, Sandra and John Rude and a great-granddaughter.
Services have been planned at Titus Funeral Home, 2000 East Sheridan Street, Warsaw with visitation from 11 a.m.-1 p.m., Friday, Oct. 4. Beginning at 1 p.m., Pastor Matthew Rogers of First Christian Church, Warsaw will officiate Mary Lou’s funeral service. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery.

Ronnie ‘Ron’ Jay Jarrell
Ronnie “Ron” Jay Jarrell, 49, Pierceton, passed away, at 10:49 a.m., Tuesday, Oct. 1, 2019, in his residence. He was born April 16, 1970, in Columbia City to Clyde Jarrell and Brenda (Bays) Beck. He was married to Mishelle Lou Smith on March 22, 2003 in Wooster.
He graduated from Whilko High School in South Whitley and continued on to receive training for Semi -Trucking School in Iowa and locksmith school.
He worked as a locksmith for G & E Locksmith. He was employed as a truck driver for Knight Transportation. He enjoyed car shows and was a trophy winner in the Route 30 cruisers car club. He was involved in church and was a red and black belt in TKD. He enjoyed being a dad and a papaw. His sense of humor made everyone around him laugh.
Ron is survived by his wife, Mishelle Jarrell of Pierceton; children: Shelby (Riley) Jarrell of Columbia City; Shala (Scott) Jarrell of Columbia City; Tyler (Brittni) Elder of South Whitley; Trenten Elder of Pierceton; sibling: Lonnie Combs of Pierceton;; Linda Jarrell of Pierceton; Shiela (Lee) McFarland of Columbia City; Rhonda Jarrell of Prestonsburg, Ky.; grandchildren: Loren, Mason, Gracie, Bryson, Taden, Addison, Evan, Layton, Avery, Laylah and his mom and dad, Brenda and Don Beck.
The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Oct. 3, at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Pierceton. Pastor James Jacobson will be officiating. Barbara Hunt Shumaker
Barbara Hunt Shumaker, 65, Warsaw, passed away at 8:11 a.m., Oct. 2, 2019, in her home. She was born on Feb. 8, 1954, to Kenneth D. and Mary (Marshall) Hunt in Austria.
She graduated from Peru High School, Peru.
Barbara was united in marriage on Dec. 21, 2018, to Steven W. Shumaker.
She was a member of The American Legion Post 49, VFW Post 1126 and The Moose Lodge 3000 all Women’s Auxiliary in Warsaw.
Barbara is survived by her husband, Steven Shumaker, Warsaw; her children: Rodney Hunt, Warsaw; Nicole Hudson, Columbia City; Howard L. (Terri Lynn) Reed, Jefferson, Ga.; Howard E. Reed, Bangor, Maine; Tiffany Reed, Columbia City; and Leslie (Kendal) Taylor, Lula, Ga.; grandchildren, Drayton Shaw, Benjamin and Thomas Whitehouse, Hunter Taylor, Owen, Zoe and Cassidy Coleman and Sadie Sick. One great grandson. Seven brothers and three sisters.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m.-1 p.m., Friday, Oct. 4, a funeral service will be held immediately following the visitation a 1 p.m. at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. Pastor Jack Worth will officiate the service. Interment will be in Palestine Cemetery, Palestine.

John Elemual Hand
John Elemual Hand, 89, Warsaw, passed away at Peabody Retirement Community in North Manchester, surrounded by family at 5:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 2, 2019.
He was born on Sept. 9, 1930, in Elkhart, to Charles E. and Minnie H. (Helbling) Hand. He was married Jan. 19, 1957, to Shirley Ann (Stebbins) Hand, who survives.
He was a 1948 graduate of Warsaw High School and was very proud of becoming an Eagle Scout. He attended Purdue University from 1948-1953 receiving his B.S. in chemical engineering degree with a minor in math. He entered the U.S. Army in 1952 and served as a 1st Lieutenant during the Korean Conflict and was honorably discharged. He moved to Sanford, North Carolina where he worked as the chief engineer at Cornell Dubilier, manufacturing capacitors. In 1984 the Hand’s moved back to Warsaw where he became president and later CEO of Othy/Symmetry in Warsaw and retiring in 1995. He was always one to keep busy that even after retirement he started Lake City Enterprise which he operated until 2006.
He loved giving back to the community and providing support to the organizations he loved, he was a long standing member of Warsaw Rotary Club, past president for six years of The Wagon Wheel Center for the Arts in Warsaw, member of the Purdue Club, and he attended First United Methodist Church of Warsaw.
He will be remembered as being a very patient man, kind and always encouraging and mentoring others to do their best. Most of all he will be forever loved as being a wonderful husband, father and grandfather.
He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 62 years, Shirley Ann Hand, Warsaw; daughter, J.E. Hand; son, John G. (Florell) Hand, Warsaw; and his two grandchildren, Jessica and John Dillon. He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers: Ferdinand, Leon, Edward, William “Bill”, and his sister, Dorothy.
Friends and family are invited to visit from 4-7 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 4, at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road, Warsaw.
John’s life will be celebrated with a service at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 5, at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home and officiated by Pastor Brian Smith. A private family entombment at St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Granger.

Ronald E. Norman
Ronald E. Norman, a longtime resident of Warsaw, passed away at 1:38 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 17, 2019, in Winona Lake at Grace Village Retirement Community. He was 91 at the time of his death.
Known by many as “Ron,” he was born on May 8, 1928, in Flint, Mich., he was the son of Richard L. and Freda K. (Rickel) Norman. He attended school in the Warsaw area and worked for Kosciusko County Highway Department for more than thirty years. Although he worked in nearly every position there, he retired from the sign department. He also owned his own floor refinishing business and ran a basketball stand at the fair.
On April 1, 1951, he was married to Jeanette Smith. Together their family includes four children and ten grandchildren, all of whom he loved dearly. He was family focused and was known for his sense of humor. He enjoyed fishing, camping and all kinds of sports. For many years he enjoyed following his son around the region to watch him race sprint cars on dirt tracks and he rarely missed an episode of the Price is Right.
Those who survive with memories to cherish include his wife, Jeanette Norman of Warsaw; his daughters: Chris (Bob) Hatfield of Winona Lake and Lisa (Greg) Estepp of Nappanee; sons: Terry Norman of Fremont and Tim (Cindy) Norman of Warsaw; ten grandchildren and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. His parents; a granddaughter, Kelly Jo Hatfield and stepbrother, Jerry Kay all preceded him in passing.
The funeral services are planned with the assistance of Titus Funeral Home. Visitation will be at First Baptist Church, 2819 Patterson Road, Warsaw, at 3 p.m., Monday, Oct. 21. The funeral service, officiated by Pastor Steve Rahn will begin at 4 p.m. Private burial will take place be in Oakwood Cemetery.

Susan K. Shepherd — UPDATED
Susan K. Shepherd, 60, Warsaw, passed away at 3:30 a.m., Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2019, in Warsaw. She was born on Dec. 13, 1958, in Rochester to Kent R. and Barbara J. (LeCount) Riner. She was married to Carrey E. Shepherd on Jan. 29, 1985, in Las Vegas, N.V. They were married for 34 years.
She was a graduate from Tippecanoe Valley H. S. in 1977. She continued her education at I.U. School of Nursing, graduating in 1981 as a registered nurse. She worked as a R.N. for Miller’s Merry Manor, Warsaw for over 20 years as well as numerous years as a County Health Nurse for Kosciusko County. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. They were the light of her life and the joy of her heart. During her lifetime she enjoyed spending time with people in general. She was known to be an excellent cook. Her passion was being a loving caregiver which included her fellow employees that she loved dearly.
Susan Shepherd is survived by husband Carrey, son, Kenton (Tasia) Shepherd of Warsaw; stepson, Kenneth (Barry) Shepherd of Elkhart; sister, Pamela (Rich) Herendeen of Avilla; brother, Randel (Dana) Riner of Warsaw; mothe, Barbara Riner of Warsaw; grandchildren: Gabe Shepherd, Bella Shepherd, and Ali Shepherd, all of Warsaw. She is preceded in death by her father, Kent Riner.

Victor M. Santos, 84, Goshen, died 11:45 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 3, 2019, at his home.
He was born Jan. 1, 1935, in Aibonito, Puerto Rico, to Agapito & Eudosia (Cruz) Santos. On Feb. 15, 1994, he married Linda (Lantz) Santos.
Surviving are his wife: Linda, Goshen; son: Alnon Santos, Texas; daughter-in-law: Jan Swartz Santos, Goshen; stepson: Jeff (Stacy) Miller, New Paris; six grandchildren: Stephanie, Joshua, Skyla Santos, Bryce (Hailey), Lauren, Nathan Miller; sister: Iris Santos, Puerto Rico and a brother: Hernán (Lela) Santos, Goshen.
Preceding him in death are his parents, son, Michael Santos and three sisters.
Victor worked at Forest River for 30 years. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping and spending time with grandchildren.

Michael A. ‘Mike’ Pavlick
Michael A. “Mike” Pavlick, 80, Warsaw, passed away at 10:42 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 4, 2019, at his residence. He was born on Aug. 18, 1939, in Charleroi, Penn. to Michael & Rose “Rosie” (Columbus) Pavlick.
He grew up in Pennsylvania and attended high school in Pennsylvania and Marion. He was a United States Army veteran and was the owner and operator of Mike’s Little Italy and other restaurants in Peru, Wabash, Marion, and Windfall. He formerly lived in the Wabash, Peru, and Marion areas before moving to the Warsaw area in 1969 from Windfall.
He was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Wabash, Mizpah Shriners in Fort Wayne, and American Legion Post 223 in Syracuse.
He is survived by two daughters: Michele (David) Seitz, Marion; Denise Pavlick, Indianapolis; three grandchildren and nine great grandchildren; his companion, Dorothy Marvell, Muncie; two stepsons: Jerry O’Brien, Ashley; Kerry O’Brien, Indianapolis; stepdaughter: Sherry (Jeff) Dalton, Hastings, Mich.; nephew, Buddy Jones, Marion; lifelong friend: Barb Arlington, North Webster; and his faithful canine companion, Molly.
He was preceded in death by his parents and companion: Judy O’Brien

Arnold A. Friebe
Arnold A. Friebe, 76, passed away in his home on Oct. 5, 2019, at home.
He was born Nov. 27, 1942, to Art Friebe and Emma (Lacher) Friebe in Fulton County. His current residence was Plymouth. He was a Knox High School graduate and Arnold was Union President of Torrington, South Bend and worked in Quality Control and Machining for DePuy Orthopedics Company of Warsaw.
He enjoyed spending time going to auctions as well as time with his family. He married the love of his life Gloria (Carpenter) Friebe, she preceded him in death on Sept. 12, 2011.
Those left to cherish his memories are his son, Author Friebe, Warsaw; step-daughters: Karen and (Larry) Heiskell, Tenn.; and Terry Stohl of Sisters, Ore. Additional family are his step-granddaughters: Liegh Anne and Justin Durham of Sisters, Ore.; Heather Stohl of New York City, N.Y.; and Anna and Dennis Nauman Adams of Heiskell, Tenn.; step-greatgrandchildren include: Meredith Nicole Adams, Olivia Lucile Adams, Marshall Winfield Charles Durham, Madison Durham, Noel Durham and William Stohl along with his niece Georgine and (Keith) Spencer, Bourbon;

Randy Duane Strieby
Randy Duane Strieby, 68, died Sunday, Sept. 1, 2019, in Apollo Beach, Fla., where he lived for 22 years.
He was born Feb. 25, 1951, in Warsaw, to Ronald “Buck” Strieby and Bonita Pauline Richards Strieby. He spent most of his life in Syracuse.
He graduated from Syracuse Christian High School and served time in the U.S. Armed Forces.
Surviving are two sisters, Pamela (Robert) Hiers, Mentone, and Deborah (Randy) Scharf, Warsaw; a brother-in-law, Robert Schue; and a sister-in-law, Elizabeth Heedick Strieby. He was preceded in death by his sister, Cynthia Strieby Schue; and a brother, Ronald Strieby.
A celebration of life will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 12, at his childhood home in Syracuse. A tree of life will be planted in his memory. If directions are needed, please call (574) 371-6548.
Darlene Marie Myers
Darlene Marie Myers, 81, Columbia City, went to be with her Lord and Savior at 7:58 a.m. Monday, Oct. 7, 2019, from Miller’s at Oak Pointe, Columbia City.
She was born July 23, 1938, in Whitley County, a daughter of the late Ralph W. and Lillie (Tom) Hontz. Her formative years were spent in Etna. She attended Larwill High School and completed her GED at Columbia City Joint High School in 1980. She continued her education at Ivy Tech, Fort Wayne.
Her first marriage was to Robert Busz in 1955. On Feb. 7, 1998, she married Alva “Sonny” Myers, Jr. For the past eleven years the couple made their home in Columbia City.
For 17 years, she was a unit clerk at the Parkview Hospital – Randallia. Prior she had worked for St Joseph Hospital, Fort Wayne.
She enjoyed life to the fullest, loved to laugh, and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She also delighted in doing many things for others. She was talented at crocheting and was known for the many afghans she created. She was baptized into the Lord, her Savior which is Christ Jesus, who was always the priority in her life.
She attended the Church of Christ at Lincolnway, Columbia City.
She is survived by her husband Alva “Sonny” Myers; two sons, Mark (Kathy) Busz, Warsaw; and Max (Lisa) Busz, Pierceton; a daughter, Mary Ann Gable, Fort Wayne; two step-daughters, Linda L. Screeton, Fort Wayne and Susan M. (Mark) Haudenschild, Churubusco; 22 grandchildren, and 31 great-grandchildren.
Additionally, she was preceded in death by two brothers, George and Tom Hontz, and a step-daughter, Vicki Thompson.
The funeral service is 10:30 a.m. Monday, Oct. 21, at Smith & Sons Funeral Home, Columbia City. Burial is at Salem Cemetery, Wilmot. Visitation is 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 20, at the funeral home.
Preferred memorials are to the Woodburn Children’s Home or the Church of Christ at Lincolnway building fund.
Mark Thomas Laurenson
Mark Thomas Laurenson, 72, Warsaw, passed away at 1:22 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 3, 2019, at Lutheran Hospital of Fort Wayne.
He was born on Oct. 27, 1946, in Wyandotte, Mich. to Dorothy Ellen (Cameron) Laurenson and Thomas Malcolm Laurenson. On July 3, 2010, he was married to Robin Lee Jenkins, who survives.
He earned his B.A. from Grace College in Winona Lake, and also attended Wheaton College in Wheaton, Ill. where he studied journalism and print. He worked in Annapolis, Md. in magazine design and worked in publishing college textbooks. He was a member of Christ’s Covenant Church of Warsaw and will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of nine years, Robin Lee Laurenson, Warsaw; two sons: Bryan (Hannah) Laurenson, Stephen Laurenson, both of Nashville, Tenn.; step-daughter: Lisa Stoll, New Jersey; step-son: Jonathan Stoll, Madison, Wisc.; and his three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Mark Laurenson’s life will be celebrated with a memorial service to be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 20, at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road, Warsaw, and officiated by Pastor Rod Valentine. Burial will take place at Oakwood Cemetery of Warsaw.

Tom Dean Wagoner
Tom Dean Wagoner, 73, Bourbon, passed away Oct. 10, 2019, at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center Plymouth.
He was born the son of Roland and Bertha (Wenger) Wagoner March 19, 1946, at Plymouth. He has been a lifelong Bourbon resident and a graduate of Triton School Corporation in 1964 and he worked in father’s International Harvester Farm Equipment as a parts dealer. Later on he worked for Rader farm equipment of Bremen. He had a passion for motorcycles, especially his own, where traveled out west on that bike and also loved prairie dog hunting with his friend, Herb Schaetzle. He shared his christian faith at Bourbon Bible Church where he was a member.
One of Tom Wagoner’s proud moments was serving his country in the United States Army, Corps of Engineers during the Vietnam War.
Those who will greatly miss Tom are: his wife Diana and children: Tom Dean and Barbara Wagoner lll of Etna Green; and their children: Robiyn and Kaycee; Angi and Fred Hathway of North Manchester; and their children: Tyler, Hannah, Matthew, Holly and Kylie: Tim Berger of Bourbon; and his children: Robby and Magen; Tracy and William Ville of Warsaw; and their children: Sam and Jack and seven great-grandchildren. Also surviving is his sisters: Patty Bauer of Plymouth; Bobbi Brunk of Plymouth; Margi Heckley of Indianapolis; and Jo Wagoner of Plymouth.
Those who have preceded in death are his parents, grandson Jacob Berger and brother Bill Wagoner.
The family will receive friends for a time of visitation from 4-8 p.m., on Monday, Oct. 14, at Bourbon Bible Church. A service to celebrate Tom Wagoner’s life will be held Tuesday in the church with Pastor Larry Goss officiating. Burial will take place in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Bourbon.

Barbara A.Faulkner
Barbara A.Faulkner, 85, passed away Oct. 9, 2019, at Miller’s Merry Manor in Plymouth.
She was born on April 12, 1934, in Bourbon, to Harry and Olive Bates. Barb and Don were married on June 14, 1953. After 65 years of marriage, he preceded in death in January 2019.
A lifetime resident in Bourbon, her greatest joy was her family. She was an excellent wife, mother and grandmother attending as many of her families functions as and activities as possible. She had an easy laugh, a quick wit and at times a fiery personality. She was a faithful member of the United Pentecostal Church of Bourbon. Her hobbies included painting, cooking, hospitality, and compiling books about her family’s history.
She was an avid prayer warrior for each family member.
Her memory will live on in her two sons, John (Martha) Faulkner and Ron (Jo) Faulkner. also surviving “Grandma Barb” are her grandchildren, Joel (Justina) Faulkner, Erin (Chad)Kuntz, Jared (Ashli) Faulkner all of Bourbon; Angela (Doyle) Wood of Warsaw; Emily (Justin) Grubbs of Bremen; Ryan (Theresa) Faulkner of Warsaw and Adam (Sarah) Faulkner of Fort Wayne. In addition, her memory will be cherished by 17 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends for a time of visitation from 1-3 p.m., on Saturday, Oct. 12, at United Pentecostal Church of Bourbon. A service to celebrate Barbara’s life will be held immediately following the visitation with Pastor Matthew and Bishop Mark Cottrill officiating. Burial will take place in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Bourbon.
The family requests memorial contributions be made to her church (United Pentecostal Church of Bourbon) or Tupelo Children’s Mansion, Tupelo, Mississippi.

James D. ‘Jim’ Schetzsle
James D. “Jim” Schetzsle, 65, Warsaw, passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 9, 2019, at his residence.
He was born in Norfolk, Va., at the Norfolk Naval Hospital, on Jan. 3, 1954, to John B. and Carol (Denney) Schetzsle.
He was a 1972 graduate of Wabash High School. He retired from John B. Schetzsle & Sons. He also worked and sold cars for Steve Pusnak. Jim enjoyed woodworking and was a skilled woodworker.
Jim is survived by his parents, John and Carol; two brothers, Edward D. Schetzsle, of Corpus Christie, Texas; and Richard B. Schetzsle, of Murfreesboro, Tenn.; three sisters, Christina (James) Snavely-Hite, of North Webster; Anita Schetzsle, of Peru and Mary (Christian) Reismeier, of Virginia Beach, Va. He was a loving uncle and is survived by the following nieces, Jennifer (Chittick) Driscoll, Eileen R. Smith, Stephanie (Schetzsle) Cruz, Anna (Snavely) Coello, Brittany Schetzsle, Holly Schetzsle, Courtney Schetzsle, Jami (Chittick) Gatchel, Sarah Snavely, Lisa Snavely, and Elise Reismeier; nephews, Jonathon Schetzsle, Scott Schetzsle, Kyle Snavely and Jeramie Chittick.
He was preceded in death by one sister, Linda S. Schetzsle-Smith.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 1 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 13, at St. Bernard Catholic Church, 191 North Cass Street, Wabash, with Father Levi Nkwocha officiating. Burial will follow at Falls Cemetery, in Wabash.
Calling hours for friends and family will be from 3-6 p.m., with the Recitation of the Rosary at 5:30 p.m., on Saturday, Oct. 12, at McDonald Funeral Home, 231 Falls Avenue, Wabash, IN 46992.
Judy Elaine Long Fuller
Judy Elaine Long Fuller, 70, Warsaw passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, Oct. 9, 2019, at her home.
She was born July 26, 1949, in Plymouth to Junior Arthur Long and Mary Rowe Read. On May 30, 1981, she married Patrick R. Fuller; he survives.
She was born and raised in Plymouth graduating from Plymouth High School. After moving to the Warsaw area, she worked for Medtronic and Neo-Life and was a longtime member of the First United Methodist Church. She enjoyed sewing, playing cards and her passion in life was her family and friends.
Judy Long Fuller is survived by her husband of 38 years, Patrick; two children Jim (Amy) Fuller of Warsaw; Kevin (Emily) Fuller of Milford; nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Also surviving are her mother Mary and stepfather David Read, brother David Long from Florida and several step siblings.
She was preceded in death by her father Junior Long, a brother James Long, a sister Suzie Grable and a daughter Miranda Wethington
A celebration of Judy Long Fuller’s life will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 12, at First United Methodist Church, 179 S. Indiana Street, Warsaw. Pastor Brian Smith will be officiating the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the family.
